Project Details This contractor will support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. This role focuses on operational delivery, partner coordination, and asset fulfillment to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio.
Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel.
Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources.
Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs.
Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution.
Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS.
Coordinate with the Ticket Management team.
Top Skills
Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations.
Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) preferred.
Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

They will be selling the business as a service.
