Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst who is eager to elevate our projects. Job Description In this full-time remote role, you will play a key part in our Salesforce modernization project! Responsibilities: Lead the product release team to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Work closely with clients and implementation partners to gather and document business requirements.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Analyze and improve business processes to maximize the efficiency of the Salesforce platform.

Offer expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and solicit feedback.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards through regular quality assurance processes.

Requirements: Required: At least 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with Salesforce projects.

Demonstrated experience in leading project teams within a PMO structure.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaboratively engage with diverse teams.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with variations based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
