Join enGen as the Director of Data Governance and Strategy, a vital role in transforming our data landscape. This position is crucial for building comprehensive data governance frameworks, overseeing data warehousing, and implementing effective data management practices across the organization. Your leadership will foster collaboration among business area Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cultivate a culture that values data as a key organizational asset. Key Responsibilities: Lead departmental operations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Develop and implement policies aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure project timelines and budgets are meticulously followed, delivering projects on scope and within financial constraints. Design, develop, and maintain a robust data warehouse/big data platform that serves the diverse needs of the organization. Effectively manage project priorities, collaborating with senior management to navigate competing interests. Champion data governance initiatives, advocating for a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Establish clear service level agreements to fulfill end-user and external stakeholder expectations. Enhance the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)/Big Data platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Oversee all data extracts for internal and external stakeholders. Perform additional duties as required. Education Requirements: Minimum:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, Information Science, or a related field. Experience Requirements: Minimum:

10 years of experience in information technology within a data warehouse context, including at least 5 years in a managerial position. 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Experience in strategic planning and product roadmap development, with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts across varied audiences. Established track record of effectively bridging business and technical teams. Skills Necessary: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Extensive project management experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in driving process improvement initiatives. In-depth understanding of business needs combined with relationship management skills. Aptitude for building trust and confidence with clients. Licenses and Certifications: Required:

Pay Range Minimum: $126,400.00; Pay Range Maximum: $236,000.00. Base pay considers qualifications, experience, contributions, and market factors.
