The Opportunity As a member of the Microsoft Consulting Generalist team, you will facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and Project Accounting modules. You will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams, utilizing your expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O. Responsibilities include: Facilitating the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and Project Accounting modules. Supervising, developing, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional results. Managing client service accounts and overseeing engagement workstreams. Independently analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges. Exhibiting proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis. Configuring and setting up D365 F&O to meet business requirements. Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensuring adherence to the firm's methodologies and quality standards. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 8 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart: In-depth knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance. Experience conducting business analysis and process mapping workshops. Expertise in gathering requirements and performing As-Is and To-Be process analysis. Ability to convert requirements into functional specifications and design documents. Experience in producing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents. Skilled in performing Gap-fit analysis and documenting findings. Proficient in producing Functional Design Documents. Experience conducting Joint Application Design workshops. Ability to prepare Business Test Cases and System Test Plans. Experience configuring and setting up D365 F&O based on specific business processes. Conducting user training and facilitating various system test cycles. Experience designing integrations with third-party systems. Providing post-go-live support for implementations. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / Dynamics AX 2012, Microsoft LCS, Microsoft Sure Step Certification, Dynamics 365 ERP modules, and various ISVs. Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, or Cost Accounting. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
