Role Description
Order Management & ERP Processing
Review purchase orders for accuracy, validate pricing and terms, and confirm lead times.
Prepare accurate customer quotations in accordance with specifications and pricing guidelines.
Maintain quote documentation and support follow-up activities with the Sales Team.
Customer Account Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Respond to inquiries related to pricing, documentation, order status, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely order execution and issue resolution.Assist in resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns.
Participate in production meetings and maintain accurate updates within ERP and reporting systems.
Compliance & Safety
Adhere to company policies and safety standards, including when interacting with production areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience working with ERP systems required (Macola preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively across departments.
Enter orders into the Macola ERP system and issue timely order acknowledgements.
Maintain accurate system records throughout the order lifecycle.
Office-based role located in
Houston, TX .
Daily interaction with internal departments and production teams.
