This paid internship provides a comprehensive introduction to industrial sales and wholesale distribution, along with the opportunity for a full‑time Industrial Sales Trainee position after graduation.

What You'll Do As an Intern

First 4 Weeks:

Get hands‑on experience in operations (receiving, order processing, shipping) and complete safety, forklift, and ERP/database training.

Next 5‑6 Weeks:

Shadow inside and outside sales teams, retail counter reps, and learn sales processes.

Capstone Project:

Work on a strategic business initiative and present findings to our Executive Leadership Team.

Who We're Looking For

Rising senior pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field – August or December 2026 and May 2027 expected graduates should apply.

Interest in industrial sales and distribution.

Comfortable working in a distribution center environment.

Strong team player with attention to detail and a drive to learn.

Ready to jumpstart your career in business development and industrial sales.
