We’re looking for a New Home Specialist who is confident, people-oriented, and driven to own results while honoring processes. Someone who builds connection quickly, guides buyers through meaningful decisions, and works in rhythm with the rest of the team to deliver an exceptional experience.
This role is for someone who wants responsibility, not micromanagement and who understands that how we work together matters just as much as what we sell.
THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL OWN This is not transactional sales.
You lead the front end of the buyer journey—building trust, clarifying vision, and setting the foundation for a smooth transition to the Customer Relations Specialist and construction team.
You will:
Serve as the primary relationship from lead to and through contract/agreement , then execute a clear, professional handoff to our sales support and build team.
Create a welcoming, pressure-free experience where buyers feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Lead discovery conversations that uncover lifestyle needs, goals, budget, and long-term plans
Present floor plans, options, and communities as solutions, not just features
Manage each opportunity like a project, tracking timelines, next appointments, follow-ups, expectations, and next steps
Proactively move deals forward with clarity, confidence, and integrity
Execute intentional handoffs that protect the buyer experience and set our sales support and construction team up for success
Stay disciplined with documentation, contracts, and compliance
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve the buyer experience
Stay engaged and solution-oriented when challenges arise
Generate, nurture, and convert leads. Keeping appointment book full
