As an Enterprise Architect, you will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with technology and business leaders to create architectures that deliver business value, simplify complexities, and harmonize the IT landscape. We guide organizations in defining a forward-thinking vision for Enterprise Architecture and create strategic roadmaps for implementation. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Cultivating strong relationships with business leaders to develop and implement impactful enterprise architectures. Leading the design and execution of strategies and roadmaps that align with our clients' needs. Evaluating existing technology portfolios to identify modernization opportunities. Assessing how business strategies affect the architecture landscape, covering organization, data, infrastructure, and applications. Creating comprehensive enterprise architecture blueprints for large-scale technology environments. Staying abreast of industry trends to shape enterprise architecture recommendations. Driving major technology transformations that enhance business value through evolved architecture. Leveraging Accenture's global network to extract and develop enterprise architecture insights. Building expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, patterns, and governance. Key Skills Required: Business Architecture Data and Information Architecture and Governance Enterprise Architecture Operating Models Strategic Planning in Enterprise Architecture Enterprise IT Governance Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture Integration and Security Architecture Solution and Application Architecture Technology Platforms As a Manager, you will: Lead a significant workstream while mentoring team members. Contribute to thought leadership and innovative insights on enterprise architecture trends. Build and nurture strong relationships with senior clients and start developing C-suite connections. Engage with strategic partners to enhance offerings. Support the sales and delivery of strategic enterprise architecture initiatives. Develop your skills while mentoring peers and junior team members. Be prepared to travel up to 80% as required. Basic Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures. 4 years of experience in creating strategic roadmaps and business cases. 2 years of consulting experience in technology/architecture. A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and conducting workshops. Thorough knowledge of enterprise architecture challenges and solutions. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: An MBA or relevant advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related. Specialized experience in specific Enterprise Architecture components. Professional certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Robotics.
