You will manage the core AP and AR functions that ensure suppliers get paid, commissions are processed correctly, and the financial side of the business runs smoothly. Your Role
Process supplier invoices through Ramp, NetSuite, and Acculynx systems
Manage subcontractor payments and maintain vendor account accuracy
Calculate and process commissions for roofing consultants
Monitor supplier portals and ensure early payment discounts are captured
Support financial accuracy across a high-volume construction operation

The business generates around $50M in annual revenue and completes thousands of projects each year, supported by a tight internal team covering operations, production, permitting, insurance supplements, and finance. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–2 years’ experience in accounting, AP, AR, or financial operations
Comfortable working with accounting systems or ERP platforms
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
