Construction Superintendent

to oversee daily operations on active development projects. This role serves as the

primary onsite leader , responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to plans. The organization has a

Salary:

$90K – $115K + Full Benefits Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction site activities and subcontractor performance Ensure work is completed according to plans, budget, and schedule Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and project sequencing Conduct daily site inspections and maintain project documentation Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Ensure OSHA safety compliance and site cleanliness Monitor testing, inspections, and overall project progress Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and provide updates to project leadership Coordinate project closeout including inspections and punch lists Qualifications

6+ years of construction experience Experience working as a Superintendent for a General Contractor Experience with commercial, multifamily, or site development projects Strong knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety regulations Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
