About this role The Aftermarket Growth Strategy leader will own execution of aftermarket growth strategy across regions of our portfolio of service agreement, repair, modernization, parts and rental business. This position will take a lead role in the development of strategic roadmap, ensuring business units develops and executes an effective strategy for growth. The individual will be able to influence stakeholders in sales, growth, service engineering, field operations, digital foundry, and product management. This leader will require the ability to understand clearly impact of change on aftermarket topline and bottom line to drive positive business outcomes.

This is global role that partners with regional stakeholders to drive aftermarket growth strategy in each region.

This individual partners with Aftermarket leaders in each region to drive execution on initiatives critical to long term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a coherent execution strategy and implementation plan.

Develop project plans in support of business transformation.

Lead cross‑functional execution to ensure project means timelines.

Performs regular reviews of project status and makes corrections as necessary.

Develop KPI in line with growth strategy.

Build dashboards and cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) for KPIs; translate insights into action across sites/regions.

Ensures sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented.

Present recommendations and report outcomes to senior leaders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

12 + years in an aftermarket/parts/services growth role within an industrial business.

5 + years of prior aftermarket experience in building strategy

Ability to travel 20‑25% globally

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of Aftermarket business and growth levers

Project management experience in a global setting.

Strong analytical, financial, and management skills

Excellent communication and executive presence.

Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
