We have an immediate need for a Brand Marketing Associate to join a rapidlyexpanding marketingteam! The Brand Marketing Associate will support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for assigned brands including new products, media/advertising, consumer promotions, merchandising and public relations.
Responsibilities
Lead brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing. Assist brands with key areas that directly influence the success of the business, including forecasting, inventory levels, packaging, point of sale, and sales collateral materials. Complete key business analyses including: marketplace/share, competitive assessment, volume builds, capacity assessment, promotion evaluation, pricing/sizing analysis, and market research analysis and implications. Takes initiative and has a bias for action to drive for results. Requirements
1-3 years of experience in brand management at a consumer goods company. Proven ability to multitask. Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development. Compelling communications with the ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas. Critical thinking with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and recognize the broader implications of issues. Intellectual curiosity with the drive to always learn more. Strong leadership with the ability to effectively influence others to advance shared goals.
