Your Next Career Opportunity – Sales Support Specialist The primary function of this position is to identify business development opportunities that will lead to revenue-producing assets or transactions.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

Regularly create and distribute marketing materials for specified groups of portfolios.

Continuously manage and maintain a database of portfolios, properties and contacts.

Research property ownership to create a directory of contacts and associated portfolio information.

Support sales team in securing new business via portfolio analysis reporting and supplemental email campaigns.

Prepare routine management reports tracking marketing efforts' progress and business development opportunities.

Work with Corporate IT and 3rd party tech support groups to identify inefficiencies and solutions to improve production.

Collaborate with peers and focus on continuous improvement initiatives.

Review dashboards with department leaders and team members.

Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED

5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, real estate sales and/or site acquisition.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications preferred;

Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.

Physical Demands

Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch.

Ability to stand, walk and sit.

Ability to reach with hands and arms.

Visual ability correctable to 20/20.

Sitting up to 90% of the day.

Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone.

Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment

Office/ Cubicle workspace.

Moderate noise level.
