As a profitable, rapidly growing company, we're expanding our team to support new and existing customers. We're looking for Account Executives to join us.
As an Account Executive, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, while building lasting relationships with researchers, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical organizations who rely on our bioinformatics platforms to advance their science.

What You'll Do Business Development
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in academic, biotech, and pharma markets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to scientific and business needs
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and research goals
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling solutions presentations
Represent Advaita at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Strategic Partnership
Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term retention
Bridge customer feedback with product and development teams
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records
Stay informed about developments in bioinformatics, genomics, and life sciences
What You Bring
Sales excellence : You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in B2B technology sales
Scientific fluency : You can engage credibly with Ph.D.-level scientists and understand their research challenges, even if you're not a scientist yourself
Consultative approach : You listen first, leading with curiosity and building trust before pitching solutions
Strategic thinking : You navigate complex organizations, identify key stakeholders, and orchestrate multi-threaded sales processes
Growth mindset : You're excited to learn bioinformatics concepts, expand your network in life sciences, and build a career in an impactful industry
Qualifications
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling software, SaaS, or technical solutions
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience selling to scientific audiences)
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems
Willingness to travel as needed
Experience selling to academic institutions, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies would be an advantage
Familiarity with genomics, bioinformatics, or omics data analysis would be an advantage
