We are recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor, to join our new Omoda Jaecoo Service Department, working 40 hours Monday‑Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
What You Will Be Doing
Book customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, liaising with workshop team to schedule workload.
Meet customers on arrival and provide them with a seamless service from drop off to vehicle handover.
Update customers with progress on their vehicle, authorise additional work and make follow‑up calls.
Liaise with the workshop and sales departments to ensure customers’ vehicles are ready on time.
Order and pick parts and control parts stock.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes Required
Be able to sell the benefits and build value.
Have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
A well‑presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally working to key targets to deliver customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
Good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of dealer management systems and Microsoft Office.
Car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
