
Sales Enablement Intern

Overview
The Sales Enablement Intern will support the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams by improving content governance, optimizing sales tools, and assisting with learning systems. The primary focus of this role will be operational execution across two strategic initiatives:
Seismic Optimization Dayforce Learning Migration This role is highly execution-oriented and ideal for a detail-driven individual who enjoys organizing systems, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that directly impact seller productivity and customer experience.
The intern may work remotely but must be available during standard business hours and able to collaborate across Sales Enablement and Marketing stakeholders. The intern may be required to commute to one of the following locations as requested by their supervisor: Philadelphia or St. Louis.
Responsibilities Seismic Optimization
Audit active Seismic content for relevance, accuracy, and duplication
Archive or consolidate outdated or redundant assets
Apply standardized naming conventions and tagging structure
Support development of governance documentation
Establish baseline reporting metrics for ongoing content management
Partner with Marketing to align content ownership and cleanup priorities
Dayforce Learning Migration
Rebuild and migrate priority learning paths
Reconstruct and QA core onboarding curricula
Apply standardized templates for future course builds
Validate formatting, links, quizzes, and completion logic
Assist in building a completion tracking structure for visibility
Administrative & Operational Support
Support data cleanup and reporting tasks across enablement systems
Assist with documentation updates for playbooks and training materials
Provide execution support to preserve enablement and marketing capacity for high-impact initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Qualifications / Requirements
Enrolled in or recently completed Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related program
High School Diploma
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Comfort learning new platforms (Seismic, Dayforce, Salesforce, and other sales tools)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
