Redefining Strength is hiring an independent Program Advisor to join our remote sales team.

About the Role As a Program Advisor, you'll have inbound, pre-scheduled 45-minute conversations with women who are ready to invest in themselves. Your job is to listen well, ask the right questions, and guide them to a confident decision about whether Redefining Strength is the right fit.
This is not a cold calling role. Leads come to us. You close them.
The women you'll speak with aren't just buying a program — they're making a decision to change their lives. The right closer understands the weight of that conversation and shows up for it every time.
What You'll Do
Conduct inbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads
Use our proven sales system to guide prospects to a decision
Manage your own pipeline and follow up on scheduled calls
Stay current on our offers, programs, and mission
What We're Looking For
Proven experience closing high-ticket ($3K+) fitness or health coaching offers — this is required
Someone who sells with integrity, not pressure
Self-directed, accountable, and organized
Genuine belief that what you're selling changes lives
Comfortable operating independently as a 1099 contractor
Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you control your schedule and your availability.
Up to $774 commission per close
Bonus on every cash-collected close
Full-time contractor OTE: $150K+
