We’re partnering with a global, market-leading SaaS business in the digital experience space as they continue to scale their enterprise sales leadership team in Germany. This is a senior leadership role focused on

Financial Services (FSI) , owning strategic enterprise accounts and leading a team of experienced Enterprise AEs within a highly matrixed, international organisation. The role:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier FSI enterprise accounts Drive new business, expansion and long-term account growth Build strong, value-led relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CMO) Partner closely with solution sales, marketing and wider GTM teams Own forecasting, pipeline management and enterprise deal strategy Drive customer adoption, QBRs and measurable value realisation What they’re looking for:

5+ years leading quota-carrying Enterprise AE teams (hands‑on sales leadership, not overlay) 10+ years in direct SaaS enterprise sales (software‑led environments) Strong experience selling into Financial Services organisations A coach‑led leadership style with a track record of developing top performers Fluent English and German communication skills Why this role:
