AT A GLANCE The Account Strategy Team is responsible for driving revenue growth and innovation by serving as the primary bridge between our commercial teams and our product/solution portfolio. We are trusted partners to the Sales Team, dedicated to designing and deploying superior consumer-facing marketing solutions, building strong client relationships, and influencing the development of our future products. Team members work cross-functionally to create/optimize our overall account strategy in conjunction with the wider team.

Where You’ll Be To prioritize togethernes, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management and Strategy

Maximize growth and market success with leading clients, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and other health companies

Partner with Sales Team leader to develop innovative marketing solutions that address market opportunities, media planning objectives, and deliver superior value

Connect the dots between client objectives and our product/ solution offerings, bringing the best set of solutions to each clients

Elevate and expand client partner relationships while earning a position on our clients’ planning and brand leadership teams

Synthesize market and industry trends to proactively identify new growth opportunities for existing and prospective accounts

Product & Solution Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product and solution suite

Relay client feedback to help inform the direction of product and solution development

What We’re Looking For

3 years experience in digital marketing with emphasis on the healthcare industry or a related field focused on pharmaceutical and/or media expertise

Or 3 years of experience in management consulting, business development, marketing, advertising, and/or product management within pharmaceutical, medical device, media

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related degree

Entrepreneurial spirit — self-motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate for success

Demonstrated experience in developing or assisting with sales strategies and go-to-market plans

Comfortable/ experienced working in a client facing role

Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills, including high level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Problem‑solving mindset, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Responsible, accountable, and result-driven

Willingness to travel as needed

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

Starting Salary: $70,600 – $88,200

Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
