Property and Casualty Commercial Sales Consultant The P&C Executive Sales Consultant is responsible for growing revenue within the Chicagoland market by focusing on group sales targeting organizations with 50 to 1000 employees. This individual will have an excellent service and implementation model and will be able to expand their market focus through collaborative partnerships in other lines of business. The strongest candidates will have a track record of Property and Casualty group sales regionally with a focus on construction and healthcare institutions. They will be responsible for presentations and proposals to the closing sale. They will have a starting six-figure guaranteed salary with a lucrative incentive compensation plan that encompasses both new and renewed business and the ability to earn more for cross selling as well. The focus of this role is to generate new business, manage and execute brokering strategies in the mid-market while developing and maintaining strong carrier and client relationships.
Required
Past track record of property and casualty commercial sales ideally with a mid-large groups segment focus
Knowledge on various carriers’ products and services
Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Compensation $100,000 - $150,000 (possibly more or creative packages depending on tenure and past book)
Incentive Compensation for new business, renewals and cross selling
Total compensation = $200,000 to $500,000
