
Inside Sales Associate

The inside sales position is a relationship, data and communication position that assists in new account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
Main Responsibilities
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts
Research existing accounts to ensure that contact information is correct and accurate
Explain and communicate to customers DAB processes and features
Account setup through leads and CRM
Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e‑mail inquiries and verifying and entering information
Work as a liaison between Order Fulfillment, Outside Sales, Pricing and Technical Support (Customer Care) teams
D2B co‑ownership
Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfilment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock‑outs
Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
Maintains communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Manage and maintain assigned regional account ownership
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Data management, cleanup, and manipulation
Proven ability to building good relationships
Education & Experience
BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
3 to 5 years of industry sales experience
Familiarity with MS Office software and Teams preferred
Experience working with dotcom/ecommerce account preferred
CRM experience preferred
