Position: Design Consultant / In Home Sales Representative - San Diego County
As the In Home Design Consultant, you will design and sell shower and bath renovations to our customers. Your sales focus includes running pre‑set leads and selling. Earnings range from $150,000 to $350,000 per year. Use our industry‑leading products and sales commission structure.

Responsibilities
Run two appointments per day and close a minimum of 2-3 sales per week.
Attend pre‑set leads and focus on selling.
Listen to customers, identify their needs, and design a beautiful space while explaining why Shugarman’s Bath is the best choice.
Act with integrity during every interaction and truly do what is best for the customer.
Qualifications
Previous In‑Home Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson License (CSLB). Fingerprint and background check required; cost covered.
Reliability: keep commitments.
Ability to listen, learn, think quickly, and solve problems.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
Desire to grow with a growing business.
Experience in theater or performing arts is desirable.
What We Offer
100% commission. In 2024, newest sales member earned $150K; top performer $330K.
8 paid holidays per year.
40 hours paid sick time per year.
Paid training.
Eligibility to participate in company 401(k) after 90 days.
Access to company insurance plans (health, dental, vision) via pre‑tax dollars and lower rates. Medical: company pays 50% of lowest plan. Plans offered through Anthem, Kaiser, Mediexel.
HSA and FSA.
