The Opportunity Within the Microsoft Consulting Generalist team, you will lead the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules. In this managerial role, you will oversee, develop, and coach your team, manage client accounts, and drive your engagement workstreams while effectively tackling complex technical challenges and delivering excellent results. This position requires extensive experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to configure and customize D365 F&O to meet specific business needs. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules.
Supervising and nurturing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Managing client service accounts and directing client engagement initiatives.
Independently resolving complex technical challenges.
Leveraging expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis.
Configuring and customizing D365 F&O according to business requirements.
Encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with the firm's methodologies and quality standards.
What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree.
8 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart: Deep understanding of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
Experience in conducting business analysis, requirement gathering workshops, and process mapping sessions.
Skilled in requirements gathering, producing functional specifications, and gap-fit analysis.
Ability to create business requirement and functional requirement documents.
Experience in conducting joint application design workshops and preparing test cases and planning.
Proficiency in configuring D365 F&O and conducting user training and system tests.
Expertise in integrating with third-party systems and providing post-go-live support.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft LCS, Microsoft Sure Step, and ISV solutions.
Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, or Cost Accounting is a plus.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
