Construction Superintendent

Requirements: Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience with wood framing, CMU, and structural steel construction Ability to prepare daily field reports Computer proficiency required Experience with short-interval scheduling Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred Experience in leading weekly safety meetings and mantaining site and safety standards Full-time Salary dependent on experience Benefits package including 401(k) If you are an experienced superintendent who takes pride in quality work and leadership on commercial projects, we would like to hear from you.
