
Part-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist - Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all staging areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Deliver outstanding customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and providing assistance to customers when needed.
Safely operate powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck), maintain certification, and adhere to all safety protocols.
Ensure inventory accuracy using our Orders App and collaborate with team leaders to resolve discrepancies.
Handle administrative tasks like audits and locker management while promptly reporting any safety or theft issues.
Demonstrate a strong customer-first attitude through your daily responsibilities, showcasing effective communication and teamwork.
Remain flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities to support overall business needs.
Required Qualifications At least 6 months of experience using computer systems for data entry and information access.
6 months of experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Mandatory certification in powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck); must obtain if not currently certified.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
6 months of experience in retail settings.
6 months of customer service or product fulfillment experience in a home improvement or hardware context.
6 months of experience with product inspection, handling, and transportation.
Pay Range:
$16.00 - $16.65 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on multiple factors. Benefits:
