The Community Association Manager will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of communities, liaising with board members, homeowners, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient community management. Key responsibilities include facilitating board meetings, managing budgets, supervising maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and resolving resident concerns with professionalism and care. Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple communities effectively Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with board members, residents, and vendors Experience in meeting facilitation, budgeting, and financial oversight Knowledge of community governing documents and compliance processes Proficiency in administrative tasks and property management best practices Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus Ability to handle issues or complaints diplomatically and with confidentiality Certification in Association Management (such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM) is advantageous but not required
