As a Small Business Specialist III, you will provide exceptional customer service aligned with the U.S. Bank Core Values. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues ranging from $500K to $2.5 million. You'll deepen existing relationships through proactive outreach while identifying new business opportunities through effective prospecting. By leveraging digital tools alongside strong personal connections, you will offer tailored solutions that meet our business customers' needs. The role requires outside sales activities aimed at boosting revenue and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities include account openings, exploring product solutions, and maintaining customer accounts. You will cultivate both internal and external relationships, collaborating with branch partners, clients, and other stakeholders, while also referring clients to Business Banking and other divisions for additional support. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, and/or prospecting experience Preferred Skills/Experience: In-depth knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and support systems Understanding of banking operations, product offerings, customer service relations, and community outreach Basic understanding of cash flow management and credit underwriting Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey business recommendations effectively This position involves approximately two or more hours of driving per week. The salary range is reflective of typical compensation for this role, which ranges from $25.63 to $34.18, with actual pay depending on the location and level of experience.
