The
Account Executive - IT
vertical at Phaxis is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client accounts within the technology market. This sales role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the technology vertical, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build new, and maintain current, relationships with key stakeholders. Establish new client relationships over the phone, virtually, and in-person Identify and prospect new clients, managing information and follow-up on a CRM Consult clients on hiring trends and relevant industry insights Partner closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure profiles are on par with client needs Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of IT Account Management & Business Development (preferably in the Staffing Industry) Desire and ability to excel in a sales environment Grit – ability to overcome challenges and learn from experiences Tenacity – ability to remain persistent and stay highly motivated Winning Mindset – a track record of success in a competitive environment Communication Skills – ability to build rapport and translate information Benefits & Compensation
