Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required to practice as a real estate agent.
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, with a strong understanding of the local market and related regulations.
Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using real estate tools, technologies, and marketing platforms is a plus.
Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules effectively.
Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
