Lead Client Relationships
— Be the trusted advisor and primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are handled with urgency and care.
Consult With Purpose
— Provide personalized insurance solutions that protect families and businesses based on their unique goals.
Manage And Protect Accounts
— Guide clients through policy updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments to keep them properly protected.
Grow Our Reach
— Use your bilingual skills to expand our presence within the Spanish-speaking community and generate new opportunities.
Educate And Empower
— Help clients understand their coverage options and claims process so they can make confident decisions.
Build Long-Term Loyalty
— Create strong, trust-based relationships that turn clients into lifelong customers of Chargoy Allstate.
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty License required, or currently in progress (must be licensed within 14 days)
Fluent in both English and Spanish
1–2 years of insurance sales or related experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Professional presence with the ability to build trust quicklyHighly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office technology
Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow through performance
