Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Professional based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Leasing Professional will contribute to property success by ensuring high occupancy rates through effective leasing strategies. They will respond to resident inquiries, give property tours, manage lease documentation, assist with resident retention initiatives, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing leases, lease administration, and related documentation
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction and retention
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail‑oriented and organized problem solver with the ability to multitask
Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education and certifications in property management are a plus
