What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage billing for 3rd party payers online, including Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Medicare D plans
Prepare monthly billing for Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
Re-bill accounts as necessary to ensure accuracy
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Assist in setting up Hospice Accounts and perform other assigned tasks
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in typing and computer usage
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with medical terminology
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
