Commercial Real Estate Associate

We are seeking a mid-level Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Real Estate Practice Group in our Cincinnati office, focusing on general commercial real estate matters. The ideal candidate possesses 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on commercial real estate development and new construction. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior attorneys, supporting a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions and client needs. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Ohio 4-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably at a law firm. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and client service skills. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000-$195,000.
