Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Community Association Manager, located in McKinney TX and Orland Park IL. The Community Association Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of multiple homeowner or community associations. Responsibilities include budget management, coordinating maintenance services, liaising with board members and homeowners, enforcing community rules, facilitating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with residents and vendors to uphold community standards and satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong property management skills, including HOA and community association management Budget management, financial planning, and reporting skills Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal property regulations Proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in property management, business, or a related field Certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
