In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate experience. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting market research, preparing property listings, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations
Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Familiarity with the South Florida real estate market is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and tools is beneficial
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus
