Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and door-to-door efforts to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.

Manage and utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.

Identify customer needs related to dock and door solutions and present tailored product or service offerings.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Negotiate contracts and proposals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within CRM systems.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to commercial dock & door solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales within the industrial or construction sectors.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with CRM management is preferred.

Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
