Description Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the picking and packing operation of the Nephron order fulfillment shipping department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for the picking and packing of Nephron’s order fulfillment department.

Arrange LTL and FTL shipments, including temperature‑controlled shipments.

Assist Order Fulfillment by processing truckload and small package orders.

Verify orders are complete and accurate prior to shipping.

Follow standard operating procedures when processing shipments.

Load and unload trucks.

Assist with daily and monthly finished good inventory.

Supplemental Functions

Work closely with Warehouse Operators and Order Fulfillment personnel.

Assists shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.

Operate pallet jack and forklift.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness of work area and warehouse.

Performs other similar duties as required.

Requirements Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of logistics procedures, standards, and best practices.

Ability to complete and assist in order fulfillment related tasks.

The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross‑functional, fast‑paced teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Work overtime as needed.

Work accident‑free.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse experience preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), standing, sitting, and walking throughout the facility.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must pass a drug test.
