Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred qualifications
MBA, Master's degree in Science, or other advanced degree.
Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $186,000‑$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Define GCS product and go‑to‑market strategy for data strength solutions in GCS from concept to scale.
Define go‑to‑market strategy for the data strength partner program, working with Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) and Business Development leadership to architect and fine‑tune new go‑to‑market levers.
Perform analysis of complex datasets to enhance our understanding of go‑to‑market trends and drive business decision‑making, with knowledge of SQL or other relationship database languages.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to facilitate the scaling of our processes and operations.
Work with Product, Marketing, Operations and other cross‑functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in‑region.
