Requirements

3+ years of experience

Ability to lead and work alongside a team

Superior communication and customer service skills Demonstrated leadership abilities

Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy

Responsibilities

Manage, motivate, and mentor sales staff (daily tasks and overall performance)

Give every customer an exceptional experience

Monitor competitor’s ads and pricing

Maintain the showroom and the lot

Prepare commission data for sales staff daily

Advertising management: Post ads and plan ads for futures sales

Maintain Chevy testing and training

Review previous day for unclosed deals, and prioritize closing them
