We are seeking a Freight Broker for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Freight Broker will be responsible for facilitating freight movement by partnering with shippers and carriers, ensuring efficient and reliable logistics solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with motor carriers, dispatching shipments, negotiating rates, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication, organizational, and brokerage skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications

Experience in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations Strong Customer Service and Dispatching skills to coordinate shipments effectively Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL Understanding of industry regulatory requirements is a plus Relevant certifications or prior experience in the logistics and transportation industry are advantageous
