Job Description The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

On‑Target Earnings (OTE) OTE: $80,000 - $120,000+ / year (if meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas).

*The Salesperson Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Monthly Draw of three-thousand dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also has a pay‑by‑production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit*

Schedule

FULL TIME

5 days a week / 2 days off

Sundays off

Weekend availability required

Sales Floor Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9 am to 8 pm

Saturday: 9 am to 8 pm

Qualifications

Previous experience in a quota‑driven sales role.

Must be open to working weekends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
