Growth AI Lead
Curri, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, United States
The Role:
We’re not looking for a traditional Director of Marketing. We’re looking for a builder — someone who understands that AI agents, the right stack, and a systems-first mindset can outperform an entire marketing organization, and is motivated to prove it at scale.
This is a high‑autonomy, high‑ownership role where you will architect Curri’s AI‑native marketing function from the ground up. You will design and deploy the systems, automations, and content engines that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and product adoption.
You will operate with leverage first — using AI to scale output before adding headcount. When you do hire, it will be intentional and amplified by the systems you’ve already built.
This role is ideal for someone who has looked at a traditional marketing org and thought: this can be done faster, better, and more efficiently with AI.
What you will do: AI‑First Content & SEO Engine
Build and operate an AI‑powered content production system (e.g., Claude) to generate high‑quality blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and product content at scale
Own Curri’s SEO strategy end‑to‑end — including keyword architecture, programmatic page generation, and backlink strategy
Create and maintain a largely autonomous content calendar and publishing pipeline
Demand Generation & Pipeline
Design and execute AI‑powered outbound campaigns targeting key accounts in partnership with Sales
Build and manage paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), leveraging AI for rapid testing and optimization
Own lifecycle and email marketing automation, including nurture and re‑engagement campaigns with AI‑driven personalization
Brand & Positioning
Define and operationalize Curri’s brand voice, messaging framework, and ICP‑specific positioning
Lead product marketing efforts — including GTM strategy, messaging, and launches — without reliance on a dedicated PMM team
Develop sales enablement materials (one‑pagers, decks, case studies, battle cards) using AI to accelerate production
AI Stack & Marketing Operations
Own and evolve Curri’s marketing technology stack across CRM, analytics, content, and distribution tools
Build and deploy AI‑driven workflows and automations (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier + AI) to replace manual processes and scale output
Establish performance dashboards and attribution systems that clearly connect marketing efforts to revenue impact
Team & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Lead and develop Curri’s existing marketing team (events and lifecycle), elevating AI fluency and expanding their impact
Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to align on pipeline goals, customer insights, and GTM execution
Report directly to the SVP of Revenue and contribute at the GTM leadership level
What you need to have:
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to produce measurable marketing outcomes — not experimentation, but shipped work that drove results
Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools across content generation, SEO, paid media, email automation, and/or agent workflows
Strong systems‑builder mindset — you design scalable processes and automations before adding headcount
Excellent writing and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to produce executive‑ready content using AI as a co‑pilot
Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with minimal oversight
Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, marketplaces, or supply chain industries preferred
Experience building or managing AI agent workflows
Bonus Points:
Background in traditional marketing; non‑traditional paths (engineering, product, operations, consulting) are welcome with strong AI fluency
Familiarity with Curri’s market — construction materials, last‑mile logistics, or industrial supply chains
Experience scaling a company through a $50M–$300M ARR growth phase
Based in Southern California with proximity to Ventura HQ for periodic collaboration (no in‑office requirement)
What’s in it for you:
Opportunity to build and define an AI‑native marketing function from the ground up
High ownership and visibility with direct impact on company growth and revenue
Remote‑first culture with flexibility and autonomy
Competitive salary, equity, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
A team focused on meaningful work, personal growth, and long‑term impact
Who are we?
We are Curri, and our mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. Curri provides on‑demand, last‑mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries with our nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds.
