ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a given scope of work
Perform conceptual, design, and construction document level estimates with oversight
Help develop and improve estimating systems in a team atmosphere
Grasp construction methods and materials concepts for Divisions 01 through 33
Adapt to client or company needs as project requirements change
Maintain and promote relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Understand technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail with a track record of meeting tight bid timelines
Able to work in a team setting that is focused on quality and results
Excellent computer, written, verbal and communication skills
3–5 years of commercial or general construction estimating experience
Sage Estimating or other Estimating Software experience is a plus
Field experience is a plus
