Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and people-focused Culinary Services Director) to lead all aspects of our dining services operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for delivering high‑quality, nutritious meals while fostering a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all dining services operations, including food quality, service, sanitation, and safety
Develop and implement menus that meet residents’ nutritional needs, preferences, and special diets
Ensure compliance with all state and federal food service, sanitation, and safety regulations
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dining services team members
Manage food and supply inventory while adhering to budget guidelines
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas and kitchen spaces
Partner with the Activities team to plan special events and themed meals
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address feedback and concerns
Monitor resident satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
Drive continuous improvement in service standards, presentation, and overall dining experience
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service
Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, special diets, and food service best practices
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
