The UI Designer plays a critical role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of the digital platforms Arthur Elliott designs and delivers. This role focuses on the look, feel, and interface design of websites and digital products, ensuring brand strategy is translated into elegant, intuitive screen experiences. Working closely with the Creative Director, Development team, and Project Management team, the UI Designer is responsible for designing visually compelling interfaces that bring brand systems to life in digital environments. This role ensures that every digital experience reflects strong design principles, consistent brand execution, and thoughtful interaction design. While this role collaborates with UX strategy and product thinking, its primary focus is on crafting the visual layer of digital experiences — typography, color systems, layout, interaction states, and component design. Design visually compelling user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms Translate brand strategy and creative direction into cohesive digital design systems and screen layouts Develop high-fidelity interface designs that clearly communicate the visual and interactive experience of a digital product Create scalable UI component libraries and design systems that support consistent implementation across projects Define typography systems, color usage, spacing, and visual hierarchy for digital environments Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure digital interfaces align with overall brand identity and creative direction Partner with developers to ensure designs translate effectively into build-ready assets and responsive interfaces Contribute to internal design reviews and critiques to elevate the overall quality of digital design across the agency Maintain organized design files and component structures that support efficient development and iteration Stay informed on emerging digital design patterns and UI trends that improve usability and visual impact Qualifications

3–5 years of UI or digital product design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment Demonstrated experience designing modern website interfaces and digital design systems Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components Understanding of responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices Ability to collaborate closely with developers to translate design intent into production-ready assets Strong attention to detail and visual consistency across screens and states
