Role Summary The Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting and selling SERVPRO services within an assigned territory. This role focuses on growing and developing a customer base using a structured route-selling approach—identifying new prospects, strengthening existing relationships, and consistently following up to exceed sales goals. You will leverage SERVPRO’s industry-leading tools, including Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Program (ERP), to educate clients and position SERVPRO as their trusted restoration partner.
What You’ll Do Business Development & Sales
Build and manage a strong referral network through daily route visits and relationship-building activities.
Execute a consistent contact business development cycle and track progress.
Develop and achieve individual sales objectives aligned with company goals.
Monitor and follow up on referred jobs to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Marketing, Events & Community Involvement
Coordinate and participate in client appreciation, entertainment, and networking events.
Participate in professional associations and industry networking activities.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through.
Comfort using CRM systems and standard business software.
Experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial services is a plus (but not required).
Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law.

Base + Commission This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure of 1-2% on gross revenue collected from generated direct referrals.
Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.
