How you’ll make an impact in this role
Strategic Growth: Build and cultivate high-value relationships with community partners and facilities to expand the organization’s market presence.
Collaborative Development: Partner with internal leadership to implement data-driven initiatives that promote services, specialists, and physician networks.
Performance & Solutions: Conduct targeted outreach to identify partner needs and track growth goals, ensuring high satisfaction and mission alignment.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Education
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
