Contract Compensation:
$30–$50/hour Location:
Remote Role Responsibilities Design engaging
digital advertising image assets . Create assets tailored to common ad formats such as Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and app ads. Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance and clarity. Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and variations as needed. Collaborate with
marketing teams
to ensure visuals align with campaign goals. Work
independently and asynchronously
to meet deadlines and improve ad performance. Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience creating
marketing and advertising-style visual assets . Understanding of
performance-driven design principles . Strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications. Experience with
Figma ,
Adobe Photoshop ,
Adobe Illustrator , or similar professional design tools. Preferred Experience working with growth/performance marketing teams. Experience designing for A/B testing environments. Understanding of ad compliance considerations, especially in healthcare/financial services.
