We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale our online and in-store sales and establish a larger footprint in the Houston area.

Key Responsibilities :
Digital Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on driving both in-store and online sales. This includes SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid media campaigns, and email marketing.
Brand Awareness & Customer Acquisition : Increase brand visibility online and drive customer acquisition in the local Houston market through targeted digital campaigns. Develop strategies to capture leads potential customers.
E-commerce Development : Grow MedEquip Shop’s e-commerce platform for local sales, ensuring seamless integration with the existing physical store. Build an engaging, user-friendly website optimized for local SEO to attract and convert customers.
Social Media Management : Oversee social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with customers. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and YouTube.
Paid Media Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to boost online sales and foot traffic to the store.
Customer Retention : Develop strategies to retain existing customers through email marketing, loyalty programs, and remarketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting : Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide monthly reports to leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to ensure that both online and in-store efforts align with overall sales objectives, improving customer experience and maximizing conversion.
Key Competencies :
Digital Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with a focus on both B2C and local marketing.
E-commerce & SEO Knowledge : Experience in building, optimizing, and scaling an online store, including understanding SEO best practices for local businesses.
Social Media Marketing : Ability to craft compelling social media campaigns targeted to both seniors and their caregivers, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
Paid Media & PPC Management : Expertise in managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, with a track record of increasing conversions and reducing cost per acquisition.
Strong Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Strong Communication & Project Management : Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and leadership teams to drive business goals.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving : Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and solve complex problems creatively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Previous experience in the healthcare, medical equipment, or related industries is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as GoHighlevel, Canva, Shopify, SEMrush, etc
