We’re the perfect home base for your next adventure—fishing, hunting, skiing Bridger Bowl, or hiking the “M” trail.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting and executing the marketing strategy for Field & Stream Lodge Co, including the hotel’s restaurant, Dry Fly Saloon and bar, Honey Hole. Guided by Corporate Marketing Leadership and the Director of Sales + Marketing, this individual will partner closely with the property team, F&B leadership, brand team, PR agency, and digital and social agencies, serving as the central liaison between all external and internal marketing partners to bring brand and outlet-specific initiatives to life. This position requires strong knowledge of hospitality marketing principles, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency while driving ideation, coordination, execution, and performance reporting across both the hotel and F&B experiences. This role includes leading on‑property content capture, managing the annual marketing calendar, coordinating influencer/media visits, and supporting hotel and F&B programming with on‑site marketing execution. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales + Marketing, with a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the Corporate Vice President of Portfolio Marketing.
